PLPE Series electronic process water filter cartridge is designed for high-purity water and electronic process water filtration. It uses hydrophilic polyethersulfone, PES, membrane media with an asymmetric membrane structure, helping provide high filtration efficiency, long service life, and stable filtration performance.
The unique asymmetric membrane pore structure increases dirt holding space and helps reduce premature blockage, making the cartridge suitable for ultra-pure water, weak acid and weak alkali liquid filtration, substrate cleaning filtration, and high-pressure water filtration in electronics and high-generation line processes.
Each PLPE filter cartridge is integrity tested before delivery and flushed with 18MΩ ultra-pure water to help ensure cleanliness and reliable performance in high-purity applications.
The asymmetric PES membrane structure provides larger dirt holding space and more stable filtration performance. This helps extend filter service life and reduce replacement frequency.
The porous membrane structure enables efficient particle retention, helping maintain stable water quality in electronic process water and ultra-pure water filtration systems.
